Shaurya Vig’s two and Partul Mann’s one goals helped Hiranandani Foundation, Powai defeat Don Bosco High School, Matunga 3-0 in the Boys U-14, division-II-B, league match of the MSSA-Mumbai Indians Annual Inter-School Football Tournament, 2013-14, played at the MSSA Castrol Centre football ground, Azad Maidan, here on Tuesday.
In the other match of same division, Colaba Municipal School beat Bombay International 2-0. Kumar M. Rathod and Abhishek S. Sakpal scored winning goals for Colaba School.
In the Girls U-16 matches, DhirubhaiAmbaniInternationalSchool, (BKC) defeat Hiranandani Foundation, Powai 5-0. Saachi Munot and Manushi Asher scored two goals each, while Satvi Kumar scored one goal.
In another division ‘E’ group, St. Lawrence High School, Borivali beat St. ThomasHigh School, Goregaon 4-0. Swamini Shelar, Shivanj Sharma, Mansi Gupta and Tanvi R. Aorane scored one goals each for winning team.
